Objective:

This is a renovation of an existing 1970’s ranch style home. We performed a deep energy retrofit to this home by adding additional insulation, new windows along with many other strategies.  We are projecting an energy savings of about 70%. With a new exterior of durable materials and an interior renovated with environmentaly respectful materials and finishes, the house was completely updated and re-defined.
