Site description:

Unit plot within planned development for foreign ebassies

Objective:

To create a secure building meeting programmatic needs while using the context to make site specific forms.

Approach:

The form for this structure was developed using the image of a sand dune. The secure exterior concrete forms express the steep hard edge of the dune, and the internal private tensile structure express the gradual sloped side of the dune.
